Quinton Cressy

A young man with fair skin, short brown hair, and wearing a white t-shirt, black backwards cap, standing outdoors near a desert Joshua tree.

I grew up in the desert — a quiet place with an immense presence. My upbringing shaped the way I see the body, the breath, and the kind of touch that helps people let go. I grew up playing all types of sports, but rock climbing and surfing are my current obsessions.

Alongside massage, I’m a sculptor. I work with wood and stone, shaping form through patience, pressure, and intuition. That same approach lives in my bodywork — grounded, hands-on, and intuitive to each curve and rhythm of the body.

Shuniya is a Sanskrit word meaning “zero” or “stillness.” It’s the pause before — the quiet between exhale and inhale. That’s what I offer through this work: a return to the threshold, where healing begins.

My sessions are for everyone and anyone carrying too much. I bring the work to you — your home, your studio, your retreat space — and meet you exactly where you are. If nothing else it is a quiet retreat of silence and touch in a world thats always on. Turn off.
